The very first CarLoft project was erected here, on the Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Due to difficult groundwater circumstances on the project site intersection, constructing a large underground car park was unfeasible. Fortunately, the CarLoft concept offered the option of installing the required parking spaces on the upper levels alongside the new building. This option also saved the surrounding trees, as the inner courtyard did not require soil sealing. The project was completed in 2010 and the eleven new lofts plus one commercial unit were quickly sold. The total floor space amounts to 3,329 square metres; the airy lofts provide three to three and one half metres headroom. You are most welcome to schedule a date and visit us in Berlin.
