Düsseldorfer "Papillon" gewinnt Mipim Award

Dem Düsseldorfer Projekt "Papillon" wurde am 17. März 2016 auf der Immobilienmesse in Cannes der Preis in der Kategorie "Bestes saniertes Gebäude" zugesprochen.

The property is a former bomb shelter in the Heerdt district. Licensee 741 Project Development GmbH reconstructed the building into a multiple-family complex of 24 units. Receiving such a prominent, international award was also exciting and an honour for us, as the Papillon developers implemented our CarLoft concept for 23 apartments. Learn more about Papillon
