B'mine hotels GmbH is constructing a hotel with 202 rooms on the so-called Automile in Dusseldorf-Flingern. A total of 26 CarSuites will be built alongside the structure, allowing guests to drive their cars directly to their accommodations.

Centrally located, just a few steps away from the inner city, licence holder Familienheim Karlsruhe eG erected a hospitable apartment complex welcoming families, with a total of 145 living spaces. The project concept included Upper East CarLoft, offering 24 licenced CarLofts.

In their new, Upper East Loft apartments, residents dwell in exclusive living comfort, meeting the highest of lifestyle demands.

Lizenznehmerin "741 Projektentwicklung GmbH" realisiert CarLoft-Konzept in Düsseldorf

Im Düsseldorfer Stadtteil Heerdt schafft das CarLoft-Konzept die Basis für die Umwandlung eines Bunkers zu einem attraktiven Traumhaus. Neben ihren sonstigen Vorteilen bieten die vor die Fassade gehängten CarLofts gleichzeitig einen effektiven Lärmschutz gegen eine viel befahrene Straße sowie gegen eine angrenzende Straßenbahnlinie. Da unter dem Bunker keine Tiefgaragen errichtet werden konnten und es auf dem Grundstück keinen weiteren Platz gibt, ermöglicht das System außerdem eine ideale Lösung zur Schaffung von Parkraum.

Im Rahmen des Umbaus wurde der Bunker mit seinen 2,30 Meter dicken Wänden aufgeschnitten und durch zusätzliche Module ergänzt, so dass komfortable Loft-Wohnungen mit Garten und Parkplatz entstanden sind. Insgesamt stehen sieben Wohnebenen mit insgesamt 24 Wohnungen zur Verfügung. Die Größe der einzelnen Lofts variiert dabei zwischen 70 bis 240 Quadratmetern, die lichte Raumhöhe beträgt jeweils 2,80 Meter.

Midtown and directly on the greenbelt along the Landwehrkanal, there is no better quarter in Berlin for a relaxed lifestyle. The very first CarLoft project was erected here, on the Paul-Lincke-Ufer. Due to difficult groundwater circumstances on the project site intersection, constructing a large underground car park was unfeasible. Fortunately, the CarLoft concept offered the option of installing the required parking spaces on the upper levels alongside the new building. This option also saved the surrounding trees, as the inner courtyard did not require soil sealing. The project was completed in 2010 and the eleven new lofts plus one commercial unit were quickly sold. The total floor space amounts to 3,329 square metres; the airy lofts provide three to three and one half metres headroom. You are most welcome to schedule a date and visit us in Berlin. On 17 March 2016, the Dusseldorf project Papillon was awarded the Best Refurbished Building award at the Mipim Trade Fair in Cannes, France.
